Responsible for global customer support for all the products under Internet Security business unit.
Define Customer Support policies and procedures for this department based on business direction

Good knowledge of Routers and Switches, Firewall Management, DNS, LAN / WAN Management, VPN including remote access, WLAN, Network Monitoring. Unix / Linux, VoIP configuration and management, Windows Server and Active Directory administration.

Websphere Network Deployment (ND) 5.x and 6.x
Wsadmin scripting – JACL or Jython
SunOne (iPlanet) webserver, IBM HIS, Apache Web server

1- 3 years for work experience in IT / network field/IT Support helpdesk
Basic knowledge of network technologies & anti-virus
Basics knowledge of OS

Any graduate with Expertise in Linux System and Network Admin at least 1 out of Solaris/HPUX/AIX, Knowledge of Windows operating system.
Dynamic individual to work in a well-established server management company taking care of day-to-day management tasks and troubleshooting as well as software installations and server monitoring.

Expertise in CISCO routers, Nortel connectivity products, WAN,LAN,
Network System Administration, Trouble shooting, and Maintenance with multi platforms Win2003/2000/NT4.0,Unix/Linux and Solaris. Experience in handling VOIP, PRI and ISDN lines.
